• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan the overall program delivery in line with mission and DYCD obligations.
• Oversee staff, operations, and program compliance with policies.
• Organize staff trainings, parent meetings, and community engagement.
• Develop new initiatives and long-term program goals.
• Monitor budget and prepare program evaluations.
