Job summary

YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Site Counselor in Uniontown, Ohio. As a Site Counselor, you will operate an afterschool program according to BFTS and YMCA policies while providing a supportive environment for school-age children.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess strong communication skills. You will also assist students with their virtual learning assignments and maintain attendance records. A favorable background check and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check including Criminal Record check and Drug Screening.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
