Job summary

Denver Public Schools seeks staff to support a safe, positive and engaging learning environment. You will supervise students, communicate with families and staff, and help maintain an organized program space in collaboration with a Program Leader.

The role offers an hourly pay rate of $20.50 and pathways to advance into a Program Leader role, with DPS equity values guiding daily practice and access to benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to become CPR/First Aid Certified and Universal Precautions Certified.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ELCS/Discovery Link and district policies regarding student supervision and safety.
• Maintain required staff-to-child ratios and support daily program scheduling.
• Assist in planning engaging curriculum and activities, including outdoor games and movement-based programming.
• Foster relationships with families, school staff, and Discovery Link personnel; cover sites as needed.
