BAYADA Home Health Care in Delaware is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) for after-school hours on a per diem schedule. Join a compassionate, nonprofit organization that supports flexible scheduling and meaningful family-centered care.

As an After-School Pediatric PT, you will provide individualized therapy to school-age children, develop treatment plans, document visits, and collaborate with parents and the clinical team. Travel stipends and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Active Delaware PT license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Experience working with school-age children is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while being supported by an experienced clinical team
• Availability during after-school hours

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric PT services to school-age children after school hours
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals
• Help children improve strength, balance, mobility and functional skills
• Partner with parents and the care team
• Complete electronic documentation for each visit
• Communicate progress with the clinical team
