Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to perform evaluations and provide therapy in natural environments such as home, daycare, or community settings. This flexible, per-diem/contract position allows you to build your caseload based on availability.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families and the early intervention team to develop IFSP outcomes and delivering meaningful therapy services. NJ license is required and experience in pediatrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes with families and the team.
• Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support child development.
• Complete required documentation in NJEIS guidelines.
