BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Speech Therapists to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time or per diem options and the chance to deliver therapy in children's natural environments, including homes and community settings.

As an Early Intervention ST, you will partner with families using a coaching-based approach, empower caregivers with practical tools, and document visits electronically.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
