Job summary

Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Beaver Dam Outpatient Clinic. This PRN role offers 1–2 days per week with after-school hours and a chance to support our team during an upcoming maternity leave.

You will evaluate children, develop engaging treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to promote motor development and milestones in clinic and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of children’s physical abilities and mobility.
• Develop engaging, individualized treatment plans.
• Support motor development, balance, walking, posture, strength, and endurance.
• Help children achieve developmental milestones through evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families, schools, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in school-based or community meetings when needed.
• Educate caregivers to support carryover at home and in school.
• Maintain organized documentation of progress and goals.
