Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Delaware seeks Per Diem or Part Time Physical Therapists to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real difference in children’s lives.

As an Early Intervention PT, you will provide home-based therapy in natural environments, coaching families, and empowering caregivers with practical tools. BAYADA supports ongoing professional development and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
