Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens is hiring a Membership Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors both in person and by phone. You will manage our membership tracking system and program registrations, helping families navigate online systems. Schedule: 3-5 days per week after school until 6:30 PM.

Pay: $16/hour. The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to work with computer-based systems, plus a background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers/online systems.
• Must pass a background check.
• Mandated Reporter certification required (training provided if needed)

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors.
