Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens (Winder-Barrow) is hiring a Membership Coordinator to greet families, manage registrations, and answer inquiries at the front desk and over the phone. The position is part-time, located at the Winder, GA site, and offers a $16/hour rate with 3–5 days per week until 6:30 PM. Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online systems.
• Must pass a background check.
• Mandated Reporter certification required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors in person and by phone.
• Manage membership tracking system and program registrations.
• Handle general inquiries and guide families through online systems.
• Assist with front desk tasks and registrations during after-school hours.
