Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens (Winder-Barrow) is hiring a Membership Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors, in person and by phone. You'll manage our membership tracking system, program registration, general inquiries, and help families navigate our online systems.

Schedule: 3-5 days per week, after school until 6:30 PM
Pay:$16/hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers/online systems.
• Must pass a background check.
• Mandated Reporter certification may be required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians and visitors in person and by phone.
• Manage membership tracking system and program registration.
• Handle general inquiries and help families navigate online systems.
