Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team in Orlando. You will lead, coach, and mentor in the classroom, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, and support center goals around enrollment and engagement. A CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, ECE experience, and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with the children's needs in mind.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
