Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities and community partners.
