KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor staff while delivering a high-quality early childhood curriculum. You will create a safe, engaging space for children and partner with families to support development.

This role emphasizes collaboration with center staff and leadership to boost enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement across multiple sites. Experience in ECE and related credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and organization.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; state qualifications may apply.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistently to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development and engagement.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and community engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
