KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States seeks a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers in a dynamic early childhood classroom. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and build strong connections with families to support each child's growth.

This role requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, CPR/First Aid, and state qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have CDA Credential or be in NAEYC candidacy.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
