Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to deliver compassionate, quality care in a safe, engaging classroom. You will implement our curriculum and build a warm, stimulating environment for every child.

In this role you’ll partner with families, communicate effectively with parents, and work with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and program engagement. A caring, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and move in classroom settings.
• Read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support child development and learning goals.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, authorities and partners.
