Job summary

Saint Rose Catholic School is seeking an Extended Care Director to lead our before- and after-school program for Preschool through 8th grade. The role trains, manages, and supervises staff, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Four years experience with children in educational or child care settings.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to pass Tennessee TBI Fingerprinting background check and complete Safe Environment Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Extended Care program for before- and after-school care.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate Extended Care staff.
• Maintain student safety and coordinate enrichment activities.
• Manage attendance, supplies, billing, and records with the school office and ensure state certification.
• Communicate with parents regarding student needs and behavior.
• Ensure security measures and proper release of students to authorized pickup contacts.
