Job summary

The role works with teachers and staff to implement project-based learning, maintain records, and help develop curricula that strengthen math, science, and language arts skills while fostering collaboration across programs. Strong communication, organizational skills, and bilingual ability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an educational setting.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all 21st CCLC grant program requirements are met and program components are implemented.
• Assist staff with implementing project-based learning activities.
• Support planning and curriculum development to align in-school, afterschool, and summer programs.
• Promote STEM and literacy learning and data collection per state requirements.
• Maintain accurate attendance, snack sheets, and incident reports.
• Facilitate the afterschool food program and provide materials to students.
• Collaborate with staff to build partnerships between in-school and summer programs.
• Assist with data collection for pre/post surveys.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
• Report to project director and Educational Coordinator.
