Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience.

• Planning and implementing site activities.
• Interacting with staff, parents and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate daily activities of staff and participants.
• Maintain program records and communicate issues to staff and parents.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure child safety.
• Schedule: 8-16 hours per week based on calendar and activity schedules.
• Lead, plan, and facilitate club activities with help from an assistant.
• Attend weekly meetings with Youth Enrichment Manager for updates and supplies.
• Open communication with the school office for absences and notes.
• Ensure smooth transitions between school and enrichment programs.
• Assist with getting students onto the correct buses.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of children and families.
