Job summary

Edina Public Schools is seeking an Enrichment Site Lead to plan and guide engaging after-school activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth for students. You will collaborate with a team to implement hands-on STEM challenges, arts, games, and team-building experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork with staff and families, ensuring a fun, safe, and educational environment for all participants. Monday–Friday afternoon schedule is standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience working with children or youth.
• Experience using student information systems (Eleyo, Infinite Campus, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging daily activities that support students' social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with a team of enrichment leaders to bring programs to life across hands-on STEM, arts, games, and team-building activities.
• Create a safe, fun and learning-focused after-school environment every day.

Salary and Benefits:

• $20.76-$25.85 per hour.
