Volusia County Schools is seeking a dedicated BTB Program Manager to enrich the educational, emotional, and physical well-being of students in the BEFORE THE BELL program at Orange City El. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff and volunteers, manage records, and coordinate with parents and district personnel.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and leadership skills, with emphasis on safety and program quality in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in supervising activities for children.
• Will complete First Aid/CPR within first year.
• STAR substitute training is preferred within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of BTB program site.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and activities.
• Maintain attendance and program records.
• Assist with budget planning for supplies.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and EDEP personnel.
• Plan diverse daily activities aligned with age group.
