Job summary

REAL Journey Academies is seeking an Enrichment Leader to provide a safe, engaging after-school environment where students enjoy learning and practicing new skills. You will support homework, run enrichment activities, and assist with clubs and sports, while coordinating with teachers and parents and maintaining organized records.

The role requires a flexible, team-oriented approach, with strong math and reading skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be enrolled in college/university.
• Commit to at least 20 hours per week (2:30–6:00 M-W & F, 12:00–6:00 Th).
• Experience with computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Provide homework support to students.
• Implement enrichment activities (clubs and sports).
• Prepare instructional and work materials.
• Supervise after-school activities.
• Participate in professional development.
• Communicate with students, teachers and parents.
• Organize and file paperwork.
