Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to work at our after-school programs in Colorado. You’ll lead activities, supervise students, support homework, and build positive relationships with kids and families at partner schools.

The role is part-time, with hours Monday through Friday after school (2:15 pm–6:00 pm) and is located inside local elementary schools in Aurora and Littleton. Previous childcare experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and a High School Graduate or GED.
• Must reside in surrounding areas and be available Part-Time Mon-Fri 2:15 pm-6:00 pm.
• At least six months verifiable experience with children (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in students; take attendance.
• Plan and lead daily activities and enrichment lessons.
• Facilitate homework time and support academic tasks.
• Supervise during free play and transitions.
• Address minor conflicts with positive guidance.
• Communicate with parents at pick-up.
• Log incidents and safety concerns to Program Manager.
• Set up/clean up space; attend daily team meetings.
