Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs in the United States, delivering engaging activities and daily enrichment aimed at student success.

The role emphasizes a love of learning, safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm. Requirements include state-specific eligibility, First Aid/CPR in person, TB test, MMR proof, and 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, share ideas, discuss progress, and promote accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum, lead activities and fitness for all ages.
• Lead by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, document attendance and incidents per safety protocols.
• Communication: engage with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
