Right At School is hiring an Educator for FALL 2026-2027 in the United States. The role supports before/after school programs focused on inspiring a love of learning and safe, engaging experiences for children.

Pay ranges from $19–$22 per hour, with scheduling Mon–Fri 1:55pm–6pm and early start some Wednesdays; location varies by school. Ideal candidates bring customer service excellence, teamwork, and at least 1 year of child experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Lead structured daily fitness and educational activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
