Right At School is seeking an Educator in Rhode Island to join our after-school programs. You will deliver a dynamic curriculum, guide children, and help with homework while ensuring a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates have customer-service strengths, teamwork, and fitness to lift up to 25 lbs. CPR/Mandated Reporter/TB requirements may apply; high school diploma or GED is required, with college credits preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• College credits in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to meet state-specific requirements (CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance and incidents.
• Deliver our daily curriculum to engage children and support school-day learning.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to ensure safety and well-being.
• Maintain communication with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on progress and team accountability.
• Lead or supervise activities while supporting homework completion and healthy living.
