Maret School seeks passionate After School Counselors to provide a safe, nurturing environment for kindergartners through eighth graders. The role supports homework time, study hall, and enrichment activities before dismissal, with care during events and holidays.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year of teaching-related experience, and CPR/First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain them. Schedule includes weekdays with some afternoons extended into early evenings.

Maret’s After School program offers a welcoming environment where children from kindergarten through eighth grade can relax and unwind. The program is a safe, comfortable, low-key option for families who are unable to pick up their children at the regular dismissal time. After School offers supervised free time along with structured activities such as playground games, arts and crafts, storytime, and board games.
Students in grades 3–8 also participate in an hour-long study hall. During this time, After School counselors provide homework assistance, helping students complete assignments, daily reading, and projects. After School also offers childcare for evening events and day-long programming that runs during non-federal holiday school closures as a service to families.
Compensation: $19.50 – $22.00 per hour
