Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an After School Instructor in Tinton Falls, NJ for Cooking & Nutrition and STEM programs. You will deliver in-person, high-quality instruction to PreK–12 students using provided curriculum and materials. This is a part-time role with a Monday and Friday schedule at the Tinton Falls site (07724).

Compensation is $60 per hour per class, with training and site support. The role reports to a Program Success Manager and requires commitment to the schedule, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Part-time position available.
• AA Degree (or higher) required or preferred.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing experience preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Consistency - follow a provided schedule, be on time and prepared to teach.
• Competence - deliver meaningful, standard-aligned instruction with provided materials.
• Communication - engage professionally with the Program Success Manager and site staff.
• Creativity - deliver engaging instruction from Nexplore’s programs and adapt as needed.
