Job summary

Nexplore is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver in-person STEM and related programs at the Tinton Falls site. You will teach PreK‑12 students using provided lesson plans and materials, while preparing ahead of time and staying on schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of teaching experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to complete required training to support our 80+ program collection and 5C commitment.

Qualifications

Part-time position
AA Degree (or higher) required
2+ years teaching/instructing preferred
Experience working with children
Educational/development or training experience
Teaching degree or certificate is a plus
Must commit to the full proposed schedule
Great communication and presentation skills
Reliable transportation
Willing to complete mandatory training

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction
Prepare for instruction with provided training, lesson plans, curriculum, and materials
Teach students in PreK-12 as assigned
Review lesson plans and materials prior to instruction
Engage with site personnel and Program Success Manager
Serve as a positive role model and foster a love of learning
