Job summary

Lowell Community Charter Public School is seeking a part-time after-school program lead to run an after-school classroom from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on school days. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for working with children in grades K-6.

You will lead activities aligned with the LCCPS curriculum, check-in circles, attendance tracking, and collaboration with peers to ensure a supportive, engaging after-school experience.

• Show genuine enthusiasm about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead your class or section.
• Facilitate check-in circle time.
• Lead engaging activities that support learning, belonging, and the curriculum of LCCPS.
• Assist students with their homework.
• Record daily attendance and homework tracker.
• Work collaboratively as a team.
• Participate in planning program events.
• Meet program requirements of 21st Century Learning Community Program.
