Job summary

Lowell Community Charter Public School is seeking a part-time after-school program lead to run an after-school classroom from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on school days. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for working with children in grades K-6.

You will lead activities aligned with the LCCPS curriculum, check-in circles, attendance tracking, and collaboration with peers to ensure a supportive, engaging after-school experience.

Ability to lead an after school classroom at LCCPS. Have excellent organizational and communication skills. Exemplify genuine enthusiasm and excitement about working with children.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm every school day, including 2 half days a months on Wednesdays with a start time of 11:15am
• Previous experience working in an afterschool or camp setting with children grades K to 6 is preferred.
