Job summary

Qualifications

• Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, fitness, or coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Comfortable working with students in grades K-5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Arlington.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must successfully complete the Arlington Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging cheer and dance sessions for elementary students
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
• Teach age-appropriate cheer motions, dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students
• Encourage confidence, creativity, participation, and teamwork
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
