Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their own homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients into the community to advance personal goals outside the home environment.

We offer full- and part-time roles with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Join ExpertCare to make a meaningful difference in the lives of recipients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.

• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
