Job summary

Comunidade Metodista seeks a person to plan for and conduct the on-site Before and After School Care program, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for participants. Requires 1 year of school-based aftercare experience, HS diploma or GED, and BASCC training components I & II.

Additionally, candidates must have 10 hours of BASCC training annually, CPR/First Aid certification, and computer skills. Florida My Florida modules are also required or alternative certifications meet criteria.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a school-based aftercare program.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required and maintained.
• Must have completed BASCC Components I & II training.
• At least 10 hours BASCC Child Care training every year of employment.
• Computer skills required as needed for the position.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have completed My Florida SNP-10h, UDAP-5h and SAP-5h modules (PSP not acceptable).
