Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience working with school-age children in group supervision.
• First Aid/CPR certification and CDA required; School Age CDA preferred.
• Must complete BASCC Supervisor’s Training within 1 year and BASCC Components I & II within 6 months.
• Must complete at least 10 BASCC training hours yearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with adult staff and parents.
• Computer skills required.
• Alternative path: Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours with 3 years of related experience; first aid/CPR not necessarily required in that path, but still preferred.
