Qualifications

• Within the first year, complete BASCC Comp I and II.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Before and After School Child Care Quality Standards.
• Supervise activities or areas, ensuring age-appropriate experiences.
• Use non-punitive methods to guide behavior and support self-esteem.
• Provide direct supervision of play areas to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist in evaluating activities and scheduling for children.
• Help procure equipment and clean up supplies after planned activities.
• Report incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Interact with parents and refer questions to the Child Care Supervisor.
