Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking a dedicated Before & After Care Worker to help maintain an orderly, safe, and pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground and other designated areas. You will supervise students during before- and after-school programs, assist with homework, hand out snacks, and reflect professional conduct while engaging with children and families.

Work alongside school staff to ensure safety and compliance with CSUSA procedures, and adapt to routine changes while

Qualifications

High school diploma or higher education credential.
Previous experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor, preferred.
Must like children.

Responsibilities

Reflect a professional manner in public and provide excellent customer service.
Resolve conflicts with children and parents; be firm but friendly and courteous.
Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care and After Care.
Monitor students and observe who enters and leaves childcare areas.
Assist students with homework and tutor when needed.
Pass out snacks and supervise playground activities.
Ensure a safe, orderly environment in designated locations.
