Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work in San Marcos, CA. The role offers paid training, flexible mornings/afternoons/evenings, and a part-time schedule.

You will support children with autism, delivering ABA-based interventions and promoting communication and daily living skills. We provide medical plans, a 401(k) with company match, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus college coursework or ongoing studies.
• Ability to travel locally (20–40 miles radius) and transport with valid license.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and appreciated for diverse client interactions.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
