Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work in Del Mar, California. The role is part-time and includes paid training, flexible mornings/afternoons/evenings, and supportive supervision.

You will work one-on-one with children using ABA techniques, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills while traveling to client homes and community locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA; training provided.
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
