Job summary

The Park District of La Grange is seeking a BASE Instructor for PM hours to support a school-age program. You will follow site lesson plans, lead activities, and assist participants while ensuring safety and positive engagement after school hours in La Grange, IL.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work with children; experience teaching or supervising youth is preferred, with availability 2:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities for children.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of BASE program participants.
