Point Quest Group is seeking a Behavioral Aide II in Los Angeles (90007) for after-school programs. The role involves assisting with IEPs, BIPs, and individualized instructional support for students with diverse needs, under supervision of teachers and clinical staff.

You will travel to multiple sites within 30 miles, work roughly 6.5 hours per shift, and use ABA methods to support student progress while recording daily data and communicating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for BA I-II; Bachelor’s degree may be required for BA III.
• Experience in school or treatment settings with students needing behavioral support.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance required.
• Pro-ACT, CPI or CPR certification preferred.
• Proficient with standard software and internet usage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliability, dependability and flexibility are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Support students with IEPs and BIPs implementing behavior plans.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to needs.
• Travel to multiple locations within the region as assigned.
• Assist with instructional activities during ~6.5 hour shifts, Mon–Fri
• Respond to crises using Pro-ACT/CPI methods when needed.
• Supervise students during activities, meals, and travel.
• Participate in recreational activities and model ABA techniques.
• Record daily data on behavior, progress, and objectives.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and staff.
• Serve as BA III substitute when required.
