Job summary

Point Quest Group in San Bernardino is hiring a Behavioral Aide to support K-12 students with special needs during the 2026/2027 school year. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students develop in classroom settings, under the guidance of teachers and clinical staff.

This full-time role offers school-hour shifts (approx. 6.5 hours), no evenings or weekends, paid training, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, with bonuses up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings preferred.
• Background check (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance as applicable by state.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver's license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support targeted behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
