Job summary

Simply Innovative Therapies is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide part-time, after-school ABA services in clients' homes in the Stony Brook area. You will support children and adolescents under supervision of a BCBA or CBAA, with afternoon to early evening hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA programs, collecting data, completing session notes, and communicating with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to observe and document data accurately.
• Comfort with following detailed ABA protocols and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and use data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA programming under supervision.
• Provide one-on-one services in home settings.
• Teach and reinforce new skills using NET, DTT, and prompting.
• Collect treatment data and maintain session documentation.
• Attend ongoing supervision and training with BCBA/CBAA.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and team.
