Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team for after-school hours.

Typical sessions run 2:00 PM–8:00 PM with additional weekend opportunities. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings under BCBA guidance, collecting data and supporting developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
