Job summary

Simply Innovative Therapies is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide part-time, after-school, in-home ABA services to children and adolescents on Long Island.

Typical hours are 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, with 5–15 hours per week depending on availability and caseload. BTs work under supervision of a BCBA or CBAA, implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data to support learners' functional skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, but not required. We can help eligible candidates become certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment protocols under supervision stated by BCBA or CBAA.
• Work one-on-one with learners during after-school and evening hours to increase skills.
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies (NET, DTT, prompting, fading).
• Collect and record data on learner performance and behaviors.
• Maintain professional communication with caregivers and treatment team.
