Qualifications

• Experience with Corrective Action (8D) process.
• Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams) and other Quality Engineering methodologies.
• ISO 9001 or IAT16949 audit experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; proficiency reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support supplier quality improvement projects to reduce defects and returns.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, and other tools.
• Support Corrective Action processes (8D) and ensure timely closure of actions.
