Job summary

Granite Group Wholesalers LLC is seeking a CASST team member to support showroom sales post-sale, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. You will log orders in The Source, monitor status, and communicate updates to customers.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, and a CASST member can work from any Granite Group branch with a dedicated office space. You will coordinate deliveries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan bath, kitchen and lighting product orders for accuracy and log into The Source.
• Proactively review order status, monitor open orders and POs; take necessary actions.
• Update customers on order status and re-source products to meet timelines.
