Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking a CASST coordinator to support showroom sales and after-sales service across our branch network. This full-time, Monday–Friday role emphasizes accurate order entry, proactive order status updates, and effective communication with customers and sales staff.

You will log orders into The Source, monitor orders/POs, arrange deliveries, and handle payments, returns, and warranty issues as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn order management software and showroom systems.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Scan bath, kitchen and lighting orders into The Source and log into the system.
• Monitor open orders, track POs, and update customers on status.
• Schedule deliveries with branch warehouse teams and coordinate final payments.
• Handle returns, warranty issues and necessary paperwork.
• Log calls and emails into the ticket system to assist any customer/order.
