Responsibilities

• If coverage cannot be secured, either arrange coverage, fill the shift personally, or use available care team members.
• Serve as the primary after-hours contact for staff concerns and urgent needs.
• Document call-outs, attendance issues, and shift changes accurately.
• Maintain updated staffing lists, availability logs, and emergency contact information.
