Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio (OH)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelors preferred
• Experience in pain and symptom management, oncology, or mental health preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs (RN)
• Provide intermittent skilled nursing services under physician direction
• Monitor pain and symptoms; educate patient and family
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with team
• Triaging coverage as needed
• Deliver care in patient residences after hours
